• International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
• Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

• 30-Day Returns: You can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all certificates and tags attached.
• Custom Orders: Please note that custom-made or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Secure Packaging

Every Dwija Diamond piece is carefully inspected and placed in a luxurious, secure jewelry box. For added security, our outer shipping boxes are discreet and do not mention "jewelry" or "diamonds" on the exterior.
